A Message to Our Clients

The Fonteneau Firm Joins Barrett & Farahany

We are proud to announce that The Fonteneau Firm is now part of Barrett & Farahany, the largest law firm in the Southeast devoted exclusively to employee rights. With the merger, Kira Fonteneau becomes partner and managing attorney of the Barrett & Farahany Alabama trial practice group.

The merger will provide Fonteneau clients with access to more legal resources and a larger team solely devoted to ensuring employees receive justice at work. Existing clients will continue to work with the primary attorney responsible for their case, while also gaining access to multiple experts fighting on their behalf.

Barrett & Farahany was founded over 20 years ago in Atlanta. Since then, the firm has grown from a solo practice to 18 lawyers with offices in Atlanta and Birmingham. Barrett & Farahany is on the cutting edge of the law as well as technology. Like The Fonteneau Firm, Barrett & Farahany’s attorneys are compassionate, accessible, and results driven.

“We are excited to be joining the Barrett & Farahany team,” says Kira Fonteneau. “We’re confident that with our expanded resources and footprint, our team will be able to help secure justice at work for more Alabamians.”
